You don't have time to visit a fitness studio? Thre is too much Trouble in a Fitness studio? You want to Train at home in a convenient ambience? orin in your office?

 

No problem! I'll come to your home, hotel room, apartment or wherever you want!

For the training is about 6 qm free space and a 230V power plug required only.

 

As your personal trainer I'm there for you the whole training lesson! I'll show you individually exercises, controll the execution and motivate you.

 

A training designed for your special needs at a minimum of time.
